I may be away from home this week (and the next) but for some reason, I don’t feel alone.

The other night, I felt the first little flutters in my belly. I wasn’t sure but it just felt like little bubbles popping inside me – thanks to Stef for that very apt analogy. I felt around and there a very distinct little bunny heartbeat down there. I felt my own heart and it was half the speed of what I was feeling on my tum. Cute!

So I don’t feel alone this week like I usually do – Why?

Because I’ve got my little one as company this time around :)

PLEASE VOTE: Don’t forget to vote for me here if you want to win an LG phone. You can vote for me everyday and the more you vote, the more chances you get to win. So do okay? Otherwise, if you can’t care less, just vote anyway ‘coz if I win the prizes, they’ll go to people who need them more than I do.

I love Sydney. A pity that you have arrived during a time when we experienced our wettest November and apparently, it is to be the case for December too. But hope you enjoy your time here nonetheless!

Just curious – you aren’t worried about traveling while pregnant, or being stressed out by work/ overseas travel/ etc?

Regardless, am sure you will be a-OK – have a fruitful work trip and come back safe!

Well, it is part of my work so the show must go on. I was really paranoid in the first trimester but just took extra care in how I traveled and what I ate when I was on the move. And I also keep reminding myself that in other countries, women still have to keep working the fields during their pregnancy, so I’m sure the human body is a lot more hardy than we think it is! Still, I obviously take extra care in whatever I am doing :)

I love the flutters as well. It reassures me that my baby is alive and well. I’m at week 24 and going on my babymoon soon. :P
