So you know how I used to write almost EVERYDAY about my training? It must have bored the life out of most people but it sure held me accountable and I loved seeing my distances improve and my effort factor increase.

Maybe that’s what I need to do this year.

Don’t worry, I’m not going to scare you with before and after bikini shots. But I just think I should come back to this space and hold myself to something. Sent N off this morning and instead of flopping straight down and getting on emails, I picked up my skipping rope and headed out to the landing for a workout.
